Cause : The screen the user is trying to access does not have a view created for it.
Resolution: To resolve this issue follow the steps below:
- Open AppStudio.
- Open the User section by clicking the User icon in the AppStudio toolbar.
- Locate the user and note their assigned workflow in the Application section at the bottom of the screen.
- Open the workflow that the user is assigned to and double click the problematic screen. If you cannot find the screen, use the search bar near the top right of your workflow display.
- Create a view by selecting the Create View button.
- Add the necessary controls and fields to your view.
