No upload configuration received for EntPrimaryKeyName


Cause: This error occurs when you do not have an EntID setup for your Entity.

Resolution: To resolve this issue follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Data Entities icon on the AppStudio toolbar.
  2. Open up the Entity of the screen you are performing the upload on.
  3. Click Edit Fields.
  4. You must add an EntID field that matches the name of your primary key. For example, if your primary key name is AgentID than your field must be called EntAgentID.
  5. Click Edit Mapping and map your EntID field to your primary key.
  6. Change the mapping direction for the EntID field to include an upwards arrow and the primary to have a downwards arrow.
