The provided license is not for specified application or module

Cause: The license key was placed in the wrong module or Application.

Resolution: To resolve this issue follow the steps below:

If the license key was for an individual application (AppID 1-999):

  1. Open the License Key Manager from the AppStudio toolbar.
  2. Select the Applications tab.
  3. Expand the desired application, and paste the key into field.

If the license key is for custom applications (AppID 1000 or greater):

  1. Open the License Key Manager from the AppStudio toolbar.
  2. Select the Modules tab.
  3. Expand the Custom Application Mobile User section, and paste the key into the field.
