Cause: This can occur if the time and date are incorrect on the App Server.
Resolution: To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:
- On the server machine, go to the Start menu and launch the Control Panel
- Click "Clock, Language, and Region"
- Click "Date and Time", which opens that dialog window
- Click "Change date and time..." if that is incorrect, or click "Change time zone" if that is incorrect
- Make the correction and click OK
- Click Apply then OK
- Restart IIS
