Incorrect time and date appears on the client

Cause: This can occur if the time and date are incorrect on the App Server.

Resolution: To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

  1. On the server machine, go to the Start menu and launch the Control Panel
  2. Click "Clock, Language, and Region"
  3. Click "Date and Time", which opens that dialog window
  4. Click "Change date and time..." if that is incorrect, or click "Change time zone" if that is incorrect
  5. Make the correction and click OK
  6. Click Apply then OK
  7. Restart IIS
