Cause: This message displays when the web server does not respond within two minutes (for example, a data query did not return results in a timely fashion), during either a temporary drop in the wireless signal coverage, a temporary increase in network traffic, or during extensive consumption of system resources on the server, causing a lengthy amount of time to return the requested data. This message may also appear if MDS is not running on the BES Server.
Resolution: To resolve this issue follow the steps below:
- Instruct the mobile user to confirm the wireless signal strength by doing the following:
a)Have the user locate the wireless signal strength on his device, usually located in the top right or left corner.
b)If the wireless signal strength says off or is in airplane mode, have the user go to Manage Connections or Settings on their device and make sure the WiFi or mobile network connection is turned on.
2. Have the user send an email from the device to verify the device has connectivity.
3.Have the user wait a few minutes and then try requesting the same mobile screen.
