Cause: This message displays when the Web Server hosting the application service has a temporary spike and is not available for a few moments.
Resolution: To resolve this issue follow the steps below:
- Rule out the temporary spike by having the end user refresh the screen. The user should be able to retrieve that data if this was just a temporary spike in the Web Service’s availability or volume. This process may need to be repeated to allow a few moments between each attempt.
- On your device, open your application settings and note the URL you are using to connect to your app.
- Verify that the user can hit the Test Page on the device’s browser by using the URL obtained in step 3 to ensure the web service is running.
