Cause: The device does not have sufficient wireless or mobile coverage and therefore cannot make application requests, or the device is in airplane mode (which disables all wireless connections).
Resolution: To resolve this issue follow the steps below:
- Turn off Airplane mode (on Android or iOS).
- Go to Settings.
- Wireless & Networks.
- Uncheck airplane mode if it is turned on.
2. Turn on a wireless connection.
- For Android or iOS:
a) Go to Settings or Options.
b) Locate your Wireless & Networks section.
c) Enable a WIFI or 3G/4G network.
- For BlackBerry:
a) On your main panel find the Manage Connections icon.
b) Select a Mobile Network or WIFI and turn one of these on.
3. Relaunch the app.
4. If the prior steps do not resolve the issue, reboot the device. The application then refreshes the signal strength based on the new coverage.
