The support site should have an official documents area

Instead of using the FTP site to disseminate documentation and other materials that are clearly useful to everyone using the product, the support site should include a official documents section where release notes, development guides, manuals, etc could be copied.

FTP is a little to archaic and puts a barrier between you and your users - I'm not going to go browse an FTP site to see if there's anything new, but since I frequent the support site, it would be easy to look around for new materials while I'm already here.

    This will sound silly but at the time I wrote this comment, the content wasn't there.  Glad to see its there now.  In fact, looks like most of it was posted on the day I posted my comment - that's pretty quick guys.  Thanks!
