I don't know if its just because I'm looking at tickets exported from the old system and imported into the new but its VERY hard to read and follow the exchange between support and myself using the new system. There are no message separators and nothing that delimits when one response ends and the next one starts.
Ticket / Request interface (under Checked Your Existing Requests) is hard to read/follow
